Alliance Tackling Animal Crimes, ATAC, is a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to prevent the crimes of animal neglect, abuse, and cruelty by promoting public awareness of its prevalence, societal implications and the need for a standardized initial response by police consistent with the handling of any other crime.
